Productive day of action

On a productive day of action, BOLEYN and PLAISTOW Safer Neighbourhood Teams (comprising PS102NE Razwan HUSSAIN, PC2070NE Amelia HARRIS, PC2886NE RAHMAN, PC1332NE PETERSON, PCSO7117NE Jason MOSS and PCSO7106NE Asif SIDDIQUI) conducted patrols of hotspots identified by both residents’ concerns and crime data. They were fortunate enough to be joined for a part of this by the Councillor for Plaistow NORTH Sophia NAQVI.

This resulted in the following:

4 x Stop and Searches with a resulting sanction.

2 x Anti-Social Behaviour Warnings.

2 x Arrests. One arrest by PC PETERSON for possession of cannabis and driving offences, including no insurance. Second arrest by PC HARRIS for a prolific offender for a Fail to Appear matter.

Vehicle seizure for driving offences.
